What is the Planned Service Program?
It is a bi- annual maintenance program to insure your heating and air-airconditioning equipment is ready for the upcoming season. In addition to peace of mind, It also gives you discounts on parts and after hours service.

Residential Spring Service:

Replace air filter with a Merv 8 pleated filter

• Clean condenser coils

• Check refrigerant pressures, super heat/sub-cooling

• Check and clean blower if needed

• Clean evaporator coil as needed

• Check motor and compressor running amps

• Check supply air temperatures

• Check start and run capacitors for proper mfd

• Check and clean condensate drain

Residential Fall Service:

• If Gas Furnace 

  • Replace air filter with merv 8 pleated filter

  • Check heat exchange

  • Check gas pressure

  • Check blower operations

  • Check flame signal and clean as needed

  • Check vacuum switch/combustion blower

  • Check Supply temperatures

  • Check temperature limits and safeties

  • Check and clean furnace condensate drain

• If Heat Pump

  • Replace air filter with merv 8 filter

  • Clean coil if necessary

  • Check refrigerant pressures

  • Check defrost cycles

  • Check blower and capacitor

  • Check evaporator coil

  • Check heat strips

  • Check sequencers

  • Check supply temperature

  • Check motor amps

Commercial Spring Service:

• Oil motors and check tighten belts

• Check supply temperatures

• Check capacitors as needed
